本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「Bookma Checker」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリの基本的な仕組み

本アプリは、利用者がブラウザからエクスポートしたブックマーク（お気に入り）の一覧を読み込み、それぞれのサイトが更新されているかどうかを確認するツールです。更新の確認は、本アプリがお使いの端末から、利用者ご自身が登録した各サイトへ直接アクセスし、そのページに記載された更新日情報を読み取ることで行われます。本アプリの開発者は、更新確認や集計のための独自サーバーを一切運用しておらず、これらの通信内容を取得・閲覧することはありません。

収集する情報

本アプリの開発者は、利用者を特定できる個人情報を収集・保存・送信しません。以下の情報は、すべてお使いの端末内（アプリのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、外部（開発者を含む）には一切送信されません。

• 読み込んだブックマークの情報（URL・タイトル・フォルダ名）
• 各サイトから取得した更新日・取得日時・取得の成否
• 既読・ピン留めなどの状態、フォルダの変更内容
• 共有機能（Safariの共有シート）から追加したページの情報

アプリを削除した場合、これらの情報もすべて端末から消去されます。

ネットワーク通信・第三者サービスの利用

• 利用者が登録したWebサイト：更新日の確認およびサイトアイコン（ファビコン）の表示のため、本アプリはお使いの端末から、利用者ご自身がブックマークとして登録した各サイトへ直接アクセスします。アクセス先は利用者が選んだサイトであり、開発者はその通信を受け取りません。各サイトにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのサイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• App Store（Apple Inc.）：本アプリの配信のために利用されます。詳細は Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• App内課金（Bookma Checker Pro）：サブスクリプションのご購入・更新・復元は、すべてAppleのApp Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。本アプリはご購入の有無（Proが有効かどうか）のみを端末内で保持し、お支払い情報やApple IDを取得・保存することはありません。購入に関する情報の取り扱いは Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

本アプリは、広告・アクセス解析・トラッキング目的のSDKやサービスを一切使用していません。広告識別子（IDFA）の取得も行いません。

通知について

本アプリは、更新が検出された際にお使いの端末上でお知らせするために、ローカル通知を使用することがあります。この通知は端末内で生成されるものであり、外部のサーバーを経由しません。通知の許可・不許可は、いつでもiOSの「設定」から変更できます。

バックグラウンドでの動作について

本アプリは、iOSの「Appのバックグラウンド更新」機能を利用して、定期的に登録サイトの更新を確認することがあります。この動作はiOSの「設定」→「一般」→「Appのバックグラウンド更新」から無効にできます。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としていません。お子様から意図せず個人情報を収集していると考えられる場合は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に伴い、予告なく改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新日を改めてお知らせします。

Privacy Policy for Bookma Checker

This policy explains how the iOS app "Bookma Checker" (the "App") handles user information.

How the App Works

The App imports a list of bookmarks (favorites) you export from your web browser and checks whether each bookmarked site has been updated. To do this, the App connects directly from your device to the sites you added and reads the update-date information published on each page. The developer does not operate any backend server for this and cannot see or collect this traffic.

Information We Collect

The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The following data is stored only locally on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party:

• Imported bookmark data (URL, title, folder name)
• Update dates, fetch timestamps, and success/failure results retrieved from each site
• Read/pinned status and folder changes you make
• Pages you add via the Share Extension (Safari share sheet)

All of this data is removed when you delete the App.

Network Communication & Third Parties

• Websites you added — To check for updates and show site icons (favicons), the App connects directly from your device to the sites you bookmarked. These are the sites you chose; the developer does not receive this traffic. Each site handles data under its own privacy policy.
• App Store (Apple Inc.) — Used to distribute the App. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• In-app purchase (Bookma Checker Pro) — Purchases, renewals, and restores are handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). The App only keeps track of whether Pro is active, on your device; it never receives or stores your payment details or Apple ID. Purchase data is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.

The App does not use any advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs or services, and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Notifications

The App may use local notifications to alert you on your device when an update is detected. These notifications are generated on-device and do not pass through any server. You can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Background Activity

The App may use iOS Background App Refresh to periodically check your bookmarked sites for updates. You can disable this in iOS Settings → General → Background App Refresh.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
