本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「TubeCompass」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、利用者ご自身が取得したGoogleの「YouTube Data API v3」用APIキーを使って、YouTubeの動画・チャンネル情報を検索・並び替え・絞り込みするツールです（BYOK: Bring Your Own Key）。本アプリの開発者は、検索や絞り込みの処理を行うための独自サーバーを一切運用していません。APIキーの入力から検索結果の取得まで、すべてお使いの端末からGoogleのサーバーへ直接通信が行われます。
本アプリの開発者は、利用者を特定できる個人情報を収集・保存・送信しません。以下の情報は、すべてお使いの端末内（ブラウザ/アプリのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、外部（開発者を含む）には一切送信されません。
アプリを削除した場合、これらの情報もすべて端末から消去されます。なお、Free（無料）プランで表示される広告に関して第三者（Google）が収集する情報については、下記「広告・トラッキング・アクセス解析」をご覧ください。
本アプリのFree（無料）プランでは、Google AdMobを通じてバナー広告を表示します。TubeCompass Pro（月額サブスクリプション）にご登録いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります。
広告表示にあたり、Appleの「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）ダイアログを起動時に表示します。トラッキングを許可した場合、広告の関連性向上のため広告識別子（IDFA）が使用されることがあります。許可しなかった場合でも、パーソナライズされていない広告が引き続き表示されます。
AdMobを提供するGoogle LLCは、広告の配信・効果測定のためデバイス識別子・IPアドレス・大まかな地域情報などを収集する場合があります。Googleによるデータの取り扱いについてはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle広告のパートナーに関するポリシーをご確認ください。本アプリの開発者自身は、広告配信のために利用者を特定できる情報を収集・保存することはありません。
本アプリはYouTubeおよびGoogle LLCが提供・公認するものではなく、これらと提携していません。「YouTube」はGoogle LLCの商標です。本アプリで表示される案件・PR表記の有無等の情報は、動画の説明文・タイトルのテキストに基づく参考情報であり、収益化状態やチャンネルの実態を断定するものではありません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としていません。お子様から意図せず個人情報を収集していると考えられる場合は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に伴い、予告なく改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新日を改めてお知らせします。

This policy explains how the iOS app "TubeCompass" (the "App") handles user information.
The App lets you search, sort, and filter YouTube videos and channels using your own YouTube Data API v3 key (BYOK: Bring Your Own Key). The developer does not operate any backend server for search or filtering — all communication happens directly between your device and Google's servers.
The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The following data is stored only locally on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party:
All of this data is removed when you delete the App. For information about data collected by a third party (Google) for ads shown on the Free plan, see "Advertising & Analytics" below.
The Free plan shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are not shown to TubeCompass Pro subscribers.
The App requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission at launch. If you allow tracking, your advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to show more relevant ads. If you decline, the App still shows non-personalized ads.
Google LLC, which operates AdMob, may collect device identifiers, IP address, and coarse location data for ad delivery and measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Partner Policy for details. The developer does not separately collect or store any personally identifiable information for advertising purposes.
This App is not provided, endorsed, or affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC. Labels such as "sponsor/PR mention" reflect text matches found in a video's title or description and are provided for reference only — they are not a determination of a channel's monetization status.
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below.
